High-frequency induction heating is a method that uses electromagnetic induction to self-heat and heat metals. It is used for pressing nuts, bolts, and screws into plastic parts or heating metal components. Unlike heater methods, it can generate heat instantly, eliminating the need for preheating.

The high-frequency induction heating equipment UI series from Japan Avionics is a compact and lightweight air-cooled design, making it easy to integrate into automated machines.

Nut Insertion

• Metal nets or bolts are heated by electromagnetic induction and pressed into resin products.
• Metal components can be heated to expand, allowing for the insertion of parts.

Melting Clearance

• The hole diameter of plastic molded products should be 0.3 to 0.6 mm smaller than the workpiece.
• Screw guides and escape holes for the melted resin are required.
