Nut Insertion
- Metal nets or bolts are heated by electromagnetic induction and pressed into resin products.
- Metal components can be heated to expand, allowing for the insertion of parts.

Melting Clearance
- The hole diameter of plastic molded products should be 0.3 to 0.6 mm smaller than the workpiece.
- Screw guides and escape holes for the melted resin are required.
