Efficient integrated design, compact structure and light weight
The heating coil uses small diameter copper wire and copper tube, which is easy to wind.
The connection between the coil and the matching box adopts Litz wire, which is convenient for connection with automated machines.
By combining with a non-contact infrared temperature sensor, precision machining production with minimal variation in torque and tensile strength can be achieved.

The metal mesh and bolts are heated by electromagnetic induction and pressed into the resin product. The metal part can be heated to expand and force the press fit into it.
