1.Collimation
Its purpose is to shape the laser output, which has a certain divergence angle, into a parallel beam. For lasers of the same divergence angle connected to the collimator, the longer the focal length of the collimator, the larger the spot size after collimation.
2.F-theta lens
Its function is to achieve uniform spot size within a certain range. In conjunction with the scanning galvoscanner, it enables marking, cleaning, welding, etc., within a certain range. After passing through a standard field lens, except for the central beam which exits vertically, beams at other positions within the range have a certain exit angle.
3.Connection Plate
Used to connect the collimator and the scanning galvoscanner. The connection part has functions for positioning, sealing, and adaptable mounting. This plate should not be disassembled and replaced arbitrarily.
4.Attachment
Air knife: Used to block splashes, smoke, and other pollutants,
extending the life of the protective lens.
Light source: Used for illumination, providing imaging conditions for the CCD monitoring module.
